Personal Training
One on one sessions available with Megs for Movement, Calisthenics and Strength Training.
Foot, knee, hip, shoulder, and spine mobility is needed and necessary for a good mover. No point doing all the big frame movements if the foundation is rigid, stiff and immobile.
Strength, playfulness, nervous system regulation, mobility, and neural training is at the core of my sessions, giving you a balanced platform for anyone looking to build a strong, supple, and mobile body and mind.

Yoga and Movement
Got a corporate event, or looking to share some movement at your next conference or team building day?
Megs has been teaching yoga and movement for nearly two decades and loves to share these practices encouraging you to get off your devices, out of your chairs and back into the body that is meant to move, play, connect and have fun.
If we don't move, we wont be able to.
No group to big or too small, Megs has spent time in many schools, retreats, and corporate events in NSW and New Zealand, sharing these concepts helping others feel energised, relaxed and inspired in their bodies.

Coaching
Megs offers one on one coaching for nervous system awareness, and shifting our self talk.
Megs bases her coaching in and around The Poly Vagal Theory, sharing tools how we can understand our bodies from the inside out. Spending nearly three decades in disordered eating herself, Megs has had learned experience in how we can reprogram our brains to create different behaviours.
Understanding the states of our autonomic nervous system is vital for creating a new story.
When we have a blueprint of the autonomic hierachy, learn to listen to the things that show up, catch our reactivity and then shift our self talk, we become a more confident, authentic and powerful version of ourselves that is able to create a new reality of wellness inside and out.
